George and Alfred Degiorgio and Vince Muscat have lost their Constitutional case in which they complained about the way they had been arrested.
They filed the case against the State Attorney and the Police Commissioner, although in the course of the case, the widower and three sons of Daphne Caruana Galizia were also authorised to intervene.
