2019 edition of the Global Competitiveness Report drops Maltese banking sector nine positions to now rank 50th in the world – The Headlines: In-Nazzjon

In-Nazzjon quotes the 2019 edition of the Global Competitiveness Report in which Malta lost two places from 36th last year. The paper says that the banking sector, specifically, dropped nine positions to now rank 50th in the world.

In-Nazzjon carries a proposal by the PN for the setting up of a national committee on climate change. Party leader Adrian Delia said that the environment should be the reason for success, not the victim of success.
