4.1 earthquake off the coast of Malta

An earthquake measuring 4.1 shook the central Mediterranean off the coast of Malta on Wednesday night. The tremor was also registered by the University of Malta Seismic Monitoring & Research Group.

It’s epicentre according to the United States Geological Survey, a scientific agency of the United States government, (USGS) was around 120 kilometres from the coast of Birzebbuga with the epicentre at a depth of 10 kilometres.
