Malta: Company in Malta reported to OCCRP for fraud

The Malta Business Weekly reports that a Malta-based company has been reported to the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project over misleading face masks advertising targeting people in the US. The company is owned by a Portuguese national living in Estonia.

Another story quotes a United Nations report warning of widespread famines around the world that could affect up to 250 million people. Besides the pandemic, many countries in Africa and Asia have been hit by drought and a locust infestation.
