WhatsApp makes some changes in group chats: here are all the news

WhatsApp Group Chats are changing. A tool which is very commonly used for friends and business alike, WhatsApp made this announcement on its own site. The new changes mean that who decides to leave a group must seriously consider it, because it seems that it will be difficult to be readmitted. WhatsApp also announced that  the members of a group will not be able to expel the administrator against his will. These are just some of the news that the popular messaging app WhatsApp has decided to introduce in group chats and has listed on the blog  all the news.

Description of the group – Administrators can set a brief description within each group on WhatsApp indicating the rules, the purpose, the description of the group itself. Each new participant can read the description at the top of the chat or on the Info page.

Settings for administrators – Group participants can no longer change group information as they wish. Administrators choose which members can make changes and which are not. Administrators can then revoke the privileges to the members who have chosen. While users in a group can no longer remove an administrator from the group that created

Mention Overview– If you do not access a chat for a long time we can quickly search all the times we were mentioned. Simply press the @ in the lower right corner.

Search for participants – You can search for the name of each participant in a group thanks to the new “magnifying glass” icon on the group’s info screen.

Finally, WhatsApp has made some changes to prevent members from being deleted from a group from being continually added again. The messaging app has made it known that the new features are available for iPhone and Android.
