60 persons rescued off the coast of Khoms by Libya’s Coast Guard

 

 The Libyan Coast Guard managed to rescue 60 persons  in the Mediterranean about 92 miles north-west of Al-Khoms city as they were travelling towards European waters

According to the Libya Observer, the group of persons were brought safely to shore and were handed over to Souq Al-Khamis shelter of the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency, after providing them with humanitarian and medical assistance.
