Malta: Court confirms John Bundy’s PBS dismissal was ‘unfair’ but halves compensation

Former PBS CEO John Bundy was “unfairly dismissed” by the public broadcaster, a court confirmed on Wednesday.

However, court ordered that Bundy be given €113,244 in compensation – half the €226,488 he was awarded in the original ruling by the Industrial Tribunal in February.
