The Headlines: The Times of Malta – Friday 21st  June

The Times of Malta reveals that government employee Neville Gafa’ is in Libya on official business with a government delegation. The paper says that Gafa’s role remains unclear but suggests he is part of the inner circle of OPM chief of staff Keith Schembri.

The Times of Malta speaks to legal analysts who said that Planning Authority members may have to recuse themselves from another vote on the City Centre project in Pembroke after the Court of Appeals declared the first vote null and void.
