Fight on prison drugs in Malta has been won: The Headlines – The Times of Malta

The Times quotes Corradino Correctional Facilities director Colonel Alexander Dalli who said in court that drugs have been ‘eradicated’ from prison. The director also said that no fights between inmates have been reported in the last three or four months.

Another story in The Times follows the distressing journey of a 12-year-old boy who fled his home in Cameroon with his family but was separated from them in Libya. The Agency for Welfare of Asylum Seekers and the Ombudsman helped him to reunite with his family in Spain.
