Malta-registered boat found in Libya in July used by private contractors for surveillance missions – The Headlines: The Independent on Sunday

 

The Independent on Sunday publishes an interview with Maria Pisani from Integra Foundation who says that the deliberate eviction of migrants by police amounts to racial profiling and leads to their criminalisation.

The Independent on Sunday follows the discovery of a Malta-registered boat left abandoned in Libya in July. Sources from the military told the paper that the special dinghy was used by private contractors for surveillance missions.
