A rescue deal for ailing airline Flybe has been agreed with shareholders, business secretary Andrea Leadsom has announced. The agreement will keep troubled airline Flybe operating.
The UK’s biggest regional airline was in talks with the government to reduce the level of Air Passenger Duty (APD), in order to stimulate demand.
