AC Milan back in ‘the heart of Europe’ with Silvio Berlusconi

Reading Time: < 1 minute

It’s true that AC Milan this year is out of European football, due to issues related to the Financial Fair Play regulations breached in the last years of his tenure as President of the club, but AC Milan remain always in the heart of Silvio Berlusconi, even if the club is no longer his.

In his debut as a member of the European Parliament, the leader of Forza Italia autographed an old team jersey, under the eyes of photographers and videographers.

At 82, the former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is the oldest MEP in this legislature, which started its legislative period today. On the other hand, the youngest, at 21, is Kira Marie Peter-Hansen from Denmark

The former premier was the most titled Rossoneri patron in the history of the club and as he said in the beginning of his tenure in the 80s, he also made sure that he took Milan to the centre of Europe, which counts.
