Algeria’s president on Wednesday named Finance Minister Ayman Benabderrahmane as prime minister and asked him to form a new government, the presidency said.
The new prime minister was appointed after the resignation of his predecessor Abdelaziz Djerad a week ago following a legislative elections on June 12.
