Another night of disruption at Brussels Airport

Once more, on Friday night the airspace above Belgium was closed again, for at least three hours, because of a lack of air traffic controllers.

Airspace has been closed several times in recent weeks due to a lack of available controllers. Staff are protesting against a lack of organisation and an overbearing workload.
