Update 1805h : Bank of Valletta announced that the technical issues that were being encountered earlier in the day have been rectified and the cards systems are now up and running.
Bank of Valletta was experiencing technical issues with its point of sale terminals and ATM systems on Saturday afternoon.
As it apologised for the inconvenience, it advised its credit and debit card holders that it is making every effort to limit the time that these systems are down.
