Breaking News – Salvini against Di Maio’s decision to welcome women and children in Italy

Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini has said that he is against Di Maio’s offer of welcoming the children and women on board Sea Watch and Pencil, arguing that there are a lot of Italian children living in precarious conditions, adding that the ships are German and Dutch, and they are in Maltese territorial waters. It can’t be that it has to be Italy to take the migrants in. Corriere Della Sera

Italian Deputy Prime Minister Di Main wrote on Facebook, to tell Malta fior the immediate disembarkation of women and children on board the Sea Watch and Penck and send them to Italy where they will be welcomed. He added, that once again, Italy will give a lesson of humanity to all Europe.  – Corriere Della Sera
