Britain optimistic regarding Libyan political solution

Angus McKee, the deputy ambassador of the United Kingdom to Libya, said he was optimistic Libya’s crisis can be politically settled in 2019, insisting that there’s no military solution in Libya.

His remarks came in meeting with Abdelsalam Kajman from the Libyan Presidential Council. A meeting in which they discussed the developments in Libya, especially in the south.

Kajamn for his part hailed the role of the UK and its work in different institutional frames and fields by boosting cadres via training and support, which is reflecting better governmental performance.
