Coca-Cola Toasts Incoming U.S. President with Custom Inauguration Bottle

The Coca-Cola Company has once again marked a historic U.S. presidential inauguration by unveiling a custom, limited-edition 8-ounce glass bottle to celebrate the nation’s 47th President. This longstanding tradition, which began in 2005 during President George W. Bush’s second term, highlights Coca-Cola’s commitment to honoring key milestones in U.S. history.
James Quincey, Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, presented President-Elect Donald J. Trump with a personalized Diet Coke bottle ahead of the inauguration. Diet Coke, the President-Elect’s preferred beverage, was specially selected for this commemorative gesture.
“We’re honored to continue the tradition of recognizing the milestone of each new presidency,” said Jim McGreevy, Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations for Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit. “These commemorative bottles are a way for us to acknowledge the significance of this moment in our nation’s history every four years, and our growing collection of inauguration bottles helps tell the story of this incredible country.”
The limited-edition bottles, which will not be available for purchase, will be distributed to the White House and used during official inauguration events. Each bottle symbolizes Coca-Cola’s dedication to celebrating American history while reflecting its deep-rooted presence in communities nationwide.
In addition to its commemorative role, Coca-Cola North America’s Public Policy and Government Relations team continues to work closely with policymakers and community leaders.
