A hail-storm, coupled with lightning and thunder has hit most of Malta, creating an unusual sight in many areas of the island.
The storm has hit several areas like Cottonera, Valletta, Zejtun, Pembroke, St Julian’s, Qormi, Luqa, Santa Venera and other areas.
The weather is expected to be cold with temperatures falling to 5 degrees this evening.
