Egypt shuts Alexandria and Dekheila ports because of bad weather

CAIRO, Dec 1 (Reuters) – Egypt’s Mediterranean ports of Alexandria and Dekheila were closed on Wednesday due to poor weather, state news agency MENA reported.

The ports are among Egypt’s largest and can each handle a maximum of 1 million 20ft-equivalent units (TEUs).
