Reports of hostilities from the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone are of most serious concern, European Council President Charles Michel posted in his Twitter account.
Charles Michel called the sides to stop the military action for preventing a further escalation: “An immediate return to negotiations, without preconditions, is the only way forward”.
