ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. The certification confirms that Focal Logistics Group has implemented structured processes focused on operational efficiency, risk management, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. It also demonstrates the group’s ability to deliver services that consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
The certification follows the consolidation of the group’s member companies under a unified structure, ensuring that the same quality principles, procedures and performance benchmarks apply across the entire organisation.
