Giulia is born! She is the daughter of patient 1 from Codogno. The 38-year old father, Mattia, was the first Italian to test positive to the Sars-Cov-2 virus.

The news was shared by the residents of the Commune, within the province of Lodi, which is one of the 10 cities originally identified as the hot zone for Italy.

Patient 1 was admitted to hospital on the evening of February 19, and was later transferred to the ICU department at the San Matteo hospital in Pavia. He has recovered from the virus a few days ago.
