Government holding urgent meeting following Coronavirus outbreak in Italy

The Italian government is holding a high-level meeting to discuss what actions it intends to take in view of the sudden increase in cases of Coronavirus reported in the peninsula, particularly at the North.
50 cases have been confirmed so far in Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto regions. Italy became the European country with most cases reported and casualties.
Giuseppe Conte is heading the meeting for which Luigi Di Maio, Roberto Speranza and Paola De Micheli and the extraordinary commissioner and head of the Civil Protection Angelo Borrelli are in attendance.
