Illegally made concrete used for public roadworks: The Headlines – The Times

The Times claims that the Gozo Ministry procured concrete for road repairs in Nadur from a batching plant that has been operating illegally and in defiance of a PA enforcement order. The paper says that the San Lawrenz plant is headed by developer Joseph Portelli.

In a second story, the paper quotes the Deputy Attorney General who said in court that parts of the records of the compilation against the suspects in the Caruana Galizia murder was shared by their lawyer with a US company in ‘blatant breach of law’.
