The players who in 2006 won the World Cup is back in action as it prepares to give their part to win a new challenge, this time the coronavirus.
The captain of that legendary team, Fabio Cannavaro, has announced the opening of a fundraiser to be used by the Red Cross to fight the coronavirus.
“Together with my other 2006 World Champion companions, we are back on the field to win a new challenge. A fundraiser to be allocated to the @CroceRossaItaliana to help our country in an emergency at Coronavirus. You are also part of our team : United we will win again! “.
