“It is not how long one lives, but how to live life.” These words echoed in the studios and homes on Tuesday, as a the last video of journalist Nadia Toffa was aired during Tuesday’s “Le Iene Show” in the presence of hundred colleagues who went to the studio to pay homage to the presenter.
“Hi Giorgio, listen, did I have an idea, do you have time today to come over to my house with a camera? It’s a surprise: I will tell you everything when you’re here. I’ll wait for you.”
These words are the introduction to the last video where Le Iene journalists Nadia Toffa was filmed.
In her video she said her wish was to interview loved ones, friends, colleagues and ask them what they really thought about her.
In the list of possible subjects there is obviously the mother Margherita, the granddaughter, the dearest colleagues but also Silvio Berlusconi on whom she said: “I never knew him but I would have so many curiosities to ask him about. I feel a lot of gratitude for him, he started the helicopter for me to get me to San Raffaele immediately when I was sick in Trieste ”.
A huge project that involved so many people and who wanted to talk about their relationship with Toffa. “It’s like moment where you freeze life: it’s like a photograph of us, of the most important people for me”, she added, when describing the reason that led her to want to do the video, perhaps the most difficult one to do and that represents her way of greet friends, family, colleagues and the most important people in your life.
