Joseph Muscat coaxing international art dealer into launching precious wares freeport: The Headlines – Malta Today

Malta Today reveals that former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has written to Swiss art dealer Yves Bouvier proposing the setting up of a Freeport for precious goods in Malta. Known as ‘Freeport King’, Bouvier operates high-security freeports in Luxembourg and Singapore.

Another story reports that the Cabinet voted to reverse a government decision allowing Steward Healthcare to forego a €9 million ‘performance guarantee’. The waiver was granted by former Minister Konrad Mizzi.
