The Times reports that yesterday, Keith Schembri who was questioned under oath in the constitutional proceedings filed by Mr. Fenech against the Police Commissioner, denied leaking sensitive information on the Caruana Galizia murder probe to his “friend” Yorgen Fenech. He described the relationship with Fenech solely as a business one.
