Keith Schembri to testify in court today: The Headlines – The Times

The Times says that former chief of staff Keith Schembri will testify in court today in connection with the Caruana Galizia murder case. He was summoned on Wednesday but when he failed to show up the police were sent to pick him up from his residence.

The paper also reports that reluctance by the economic crimes unit to push through with an investigation into Yorgen Fenech and other government officials allowed the businessman to walk away with cheques totalling €1.7 million when the 17 Black account in Dubai was closed.
