MOSCOW, March 20 (Reuters) – The Kremlin said on Wednesday that the presidential election was absolutely clean and that President Vladimir Putin had won a unique victory of unprecedented significance.
It was commenting after accusations by Russia’s opposition that the Kremlin had rigged the results in Putin’s favour.
