Libya exports one million barrels of crude oil to Italy

The Libyan Observer quotes a source at Ras Lanuf port who said that the Greek-flagged “Marin Helios” oil tanker has shipped around 630,000 barrels of crude oil before leaving for Zweitina port to load another 400 thousand barrels, making the full shipment stand at more than one million barrels, ready to be shipped to Italy next Tuesday.

An official data released by Italy shows that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to 2.3 billion euros during the first six months of this year, these numbers concern importing and exporting operations, mainly, petroleum products.
