Light tremor registered in Greece

An earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale hit southern Greece 2 km north of Kavásilas, the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens announced.

No injuries or major material damages have been reported by local authorities

The area is seismic prone. In October 2018 a quake of 6.4 on the Richter scale had jolted the region without causing casualties.
