BERLIN, July 13 (Reuters) – German airline Lufthansa LHAG.DE will cancel 2,000 additional flights from Frankfurt and Munich airports through the end of August due to problems with ground handling, Bild newspaper said on Wednesday, citing a company spokesperson.
