Alfred Sant will be the head of the Labour Party delegation at the European Parliament.
A Labour Party statement said that a proposal was presented during a meeting of the party’s national executive so that Dr Sant will head the Labour MEP delegation at the Euro Parliament. The proposal was unanimously approved by the executive’s members.
