Malta: Covid-19 cases reach 90 in two weeks

The Independent reports that 17 new coronavirus cases have been found by the health authorities, ten of which were travel related and the rest were locally transmitted. This brings the total number of cases in Malta to 90 by Sunday.

A second report quotes Health Minister Chris Fearne who said that in the past months, the government has been busy training health professionals in preparation for the outbreak. He also said that the opening of new testing hubs will be announced shortly.
