Malta: Government to buy properties rented out to band clubs

Property which is rented out to band clubs from private owners will be bought by the government. This will be done in order to avoid a situation which may lead to their eventual eviction.

A new scheme financed by the National Development and Social Fund (NDSF) was announced by National Heritage Minister José Herrera and Parliamentary Secretary for Citizenship Alex Muscat on Monday.
