Magistrate Nadine Lia recused herself from hearing the case of the compilation of evidence against the Agius brother known as Ta’ Maksar and George De Giorgio. The later accused in the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia.
Dr Jason Azzopardi, parte civile lawyer of Daphne Caruana Galizia’s family earlier today asked Magistrate Nadine Lia to recuse herself in the compilation of evidence against the Maksar brothers, George Degiorgio, and Jamie Vella similar to back in December 2019 in the case against Yorgen Fenech.
