Malta: Migrant welfare officials still have no permission to visit moored boats

The Times reports that the Agency for the Welfare of Asylum Seekers has not been granted access to the migrants aboard the three Captain Morgan boats moored outside territorial waters, almost a month after the request was first made.

Another story says that Public Health Superintendent Charmaine Gauci and her team received the news of the spontaneous gathering by hundreds of Floriana FC fans on Monday evening with disbelief.
