People onboard the Sea-Watch 3 are showing sign s of psychological and health deterioration as some are refusing food. LovinMalta reports on a tweet issued by the NGO saying that the ordeal taking place ‘a few miles from the European coasts’ is taking its toll on rescued migrants.

Italy would be prepared to take 15 migrants from the 49 currently sheltering in Malta’s waters. The Malta Independent says that Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte is mediating between leaders from other EU countries.

The European Commission is trying to negotiate a situation among EU members to solve the deadlock surrounding the migrants onboard the Sea-Watch 3 and the Sea Eye. The Times contacted the crew of one of the rescue ships who described a weary situation on the vessel.

MaltaToday obtained information showing that PN Leader Adrian Delia sought party financing reaching €5.6 million an insurance company. The website says that Delia met Global Capital chairman Paolo Catalfamo through a middleman to explore the setting up of a company to be purchased through promissory notes.

The government has reported websites sponsoring fake news posts about cryptocurrencies to the police. Newsbook reveals that the content is also being investigated by the MFSA which said will take the necessary steps.

Croatian authorities filed an indictment against the founder of the White Flags project, accusing him of false invoicing. The Shift News says that when Kristijan Curavić launched the beach-cleaning scheme in Malta, charging €25,000 for every flag, he was already wanted by authorities in other EU states.

A fuel discharge on the airport runway has led to the disruption of a flight, reports Net News. The portal says that emergency services at the airport were alerted of the incident at around 16:00 and moved quickly to contain the situation.
