The vaccination certificate for all those in the 12 to 15 age group can be downloaded through a PIN code forwarded by the health authorities instead of by using the number on the reverse side of the identity card document.
Children’s parents or guardians will receive an SMS informing them that in order to generate the code, they have to log on to https://healthtoken.gov.mt/.
