Prime Minister Robert Abela and Minister for Social Housing Roderick Galdes addressed a conference today that announced a scheme whereby people with medical conditions can borrow money to become owners of their property.
The scheme applies to those people who are not eligible for a life insurance policy because of a serious condition they have or because they have a disability.
