Reference is made to the road traffic incident involving one of our buses on 18 June 2026 in Mosta, during which our bus driver sustained serious injuries. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the emergency services and the relevant authorities for their immediate response and assistance at the scene. Our priority during these past few days was focused on the bus driver’s health, and we can confirm that he is currently in a stable condition and continues to receive medical care.
In the meantime, an internal investigation was launched immediately, which included review of footage from the CCTV on board the bus. The footage indicates that our driver was not at fault in the accident, since he was driving in the correct lane at the correct speed before the collision. Unfortunately, the accident could not have been prevented by our bus driver.
Our thoughts remain with all those who were injured in the incident, and we wish everyone affected a full and speedy recovery.
