Malta: Two new cases of Covid-19 – and 19 other patients recover

Two new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Malta today, resulting from 611 swabs which were carried out, and bringing the total number of persons resulting positive up to 447. Sixty per cent of these infected persons are males, and 40 per cent are females.

The Public Health Superintendent also stated today that another 19 persons have recovered, thus pushing the number of recovered patients up to 223, which leaves 221 active cases.
