Malta’s weather reaches 37 degrees

Malta’s weather has reached 37 degrees. This is the highest temperature recorded in the past two years, TVM reports while quoting the Meteorological office.

The Met Office is also reported saying that the temperature registered is the highest one registered in the past two years. The record temperature for June was recorded in 1997, when a 40 degrees.

The same weather conditions are expected to persist on Monday, while they are going to be marginally lower during the rest of the week.

The TVM reports quotes the MET office specialist saying that this is the fourth day, where the temperature is 4 degrees higher than average for this time of the year.
