Massimiliano Allegri will leave Juventus

Juventus have confirmed that Massimiliano Allegri will not be their manager next season and will leave this summer.

He joined Juventus 2014 and has won Serie A in each of his five seasons in charge, 11 trophies in all and reaching the Champions League Final twice.

A joint Press conference will he held tomorrow, ahead of Sunday’s final home Serie A match against Atalanta.

This means he will terminate his contract a year early by mutual consent, as he was tied to the club until June 30, 2020.

Allegri was with the Bianconeri for five seasons, winning five consecutive Serie A titles, There were several meetings over the past few days to plan the future, but it seems Allegri’s ideas did not coincide with those of the board.
