German chancellor Angela Merkel insisted she has no other political ambitions once her mandate expires.
Merkel told a joint news conference with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte,that she would be unavailable for any further political office after serving out her fourth term as chancellor.
During the press conference she totally dismissed speculation that she could take a big European Union job in Brussels.
