In-Nazzjon says that the government has no interest in resolving the dispute with Midwives at Mater Dei hospital. The Union of Midwives and Nurses is taking industrial action against ‘unacceptable’ working conditions for midwives.
In-Nazzjon reports that 35 immigrants disembarked in Hay Wharf on Sunday afternoon. The paper says that this brings the number of migrants arriving in Malta to 750 in a period of few months.
