Fatima Sanctuary is seen without pilgrims for the first time in its history during the May International Anniversary Pilgrimage in Fatima, Portugal, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 13th May is celebrated as the date when in 1917 the apparition of Our Lady took place to the three shepherds, Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco in Fatima.
