The Sisters of the canon of the Holy Spirit de Saxia are making protective mask for doctors, nurses, sanitary services and volunteers.

Poland’s Health Ministry announced that 152 new COVID-19 infections have been confirmed on Wednesday morning, bringing the country’s total to 5,000 positive diagnoses.

The ministry also reported seven new fatalities. As a result, the current death toll of COVID-19 adds up to 136.

According to the ministry, the number of individuals hospitalised in Poland due to the coronavirus epidemic amounted to 2,476 on Tuesday. 148,130 people were quarantined and 36,391 were put under epidemiological surveillance. A total of 191 people have recovered from COVID-19 in the country so far.
